  • Yes, they are all fully functional.

  • All have 3-4+ coats of exterior house paint over pine. Areas where the wood shows through are sealed with 3-4+ coats of poly urethane, no raw wood on the outside. Other materials used are nails, screws, wood glue, biscuits, and dowels. Interior is not painted or sealed.

  • My birdhouses are designed as art as my first priority. They are modern with a lean towards the mid-century style. All wood construction, hand crafted, no 3D printed pieces.

  • Currently, they are ready to ship out in approximately 2 weeks from date of order. Check listings, some pieces are ready to ship out in 2-3 business days.

  • There is an easy to remove end or floor panel. Unscrew the panel for cleaning after the birds are through nesting.   

  • Since my art pieces are made of solid pine, they are too heavy to hang.  Best if mounted on a post (3“ x 3” or 4” x 4” wooden post) attached with a headless dowel screw (double ended screw).
