Mid Century Palm Springs architecture influenced the design of this Bird Haus. The low profile enhances this style of architecture which populates the city of in the desert.
My birdhouses are made of solid pine timber with no knots or a minimum of knots and painted with four coats of exterior house paint or clear coat polyurethane. All joints are either nailed (air nail gun), screwed, doweled or biscuit joined with exterior grade waterproof glue .
For easy cleaning, it has a removable panel to access the interior.
Materials: Solid pine, water based exterior latex paint, nails, glue

All of my birdhouses are double boxed, the inner box is made from 1” foam insulation and packed into an outer cardboard box to assure the birdhouse arrives safely.
